Anthony Bautovich is a registered Osteopath and Chiropractor with over 30 years experience. Anthony uses a holistic approach combining osteopathic and chiropractic techniques with applied kinesiology, nutrition, massage and exercise therapies, delivering excellent results and getting you back to your best, faster. Anthony’s main objective is to optimize your health and give you better control over your wellbeing using a natural, preventative approach.

What is Chiropractic?

Chiropractic is a system of therapies based on the theory that disease is caused by abnormal function of the nervous system through misalignment of the spinal vertebra. A Chiropractor’s main objective is to restore proper nerve flow throughout the body by manipulation (adjustments) and treatment of the structures of the body, especially those of the spinal column.

What is Osteopathy?

Osteopathy emphasises the importance of preventative health care by relying on the body’s inherent ability to heal itself. Osteopaths specialize in allowing the body to heal itself by treating the musculoskeletal system and removing internal and external roadblocks to achieve normal function.

What is Holistic Health?

A holistic approach provides ‘whole-person” care. Holistic health addresses people rather that diseases, caring rather than curing, using all possible modalities rather than a limited few, and empowering patients wherever possible to use self-care approaches and to be active participants in achieving and maintaining their good health.

What is Maintenance care?

Maintenance care is aimed at improving your quality of life by allowing your body to function at its best. Regular treatment (usually once per month) will keep you functioning at your optimum and can help prevent recurrence of your symptoms. Just like servicing your car, a maintenance care program will assist the prevention of your symptoms from recurring, decrease stress levels and give you a sense of well being.
